Please see the new lesson plans posted under “ESL and Civics Lesson Plans Online” (below, left-hand column).   There is an excellent series of lesson plans on Current Events: Exploring News Sources (Level 5),  a Database Lesson on the International Birthrate (Level 3 and 4), and a lesson on Telephone English, using Skype (Level 2 and 3) — all by Shanna Stinehour.  These were designed for specific levels but could be adapted for higher or lower classes.  Thank you, Shanna!
