Don’t forget to turn your clocks back 1 hour before you go to bed on Saturday night!

Daylight Saving Time (DST) officially ends on  Sunday, November 4th at 2:00 am.

So, if it’s 11:00 pm when you go to bed on Saturday, set all your clocks back  to 10:00 pm.  (Or if you forget, do it on Sunday morning!)

We remember which way to change the clocks with the phrase “Spring forward,  fall back.”  In the spring, when Daylight Saving Time begins, we “spring forward”  or move our clocks forward one hour. In the fall, when Daylight Saving Time ends,  we fall back” or move our clocks back one hour.
